Attended by over 500 industry professionals, including 30 government leaders and key industry representatives, the event is positioned as a major platform for advancing innovation in China’s construction industry.

Driving Innovation for Intelligent Construction
The Intelligent Expo promotes collaboration across the construction industry, focusing on modernizing the construction system with a commitment to building green, smart, and durable products. The expo revolves around three core themes: professionalism, product innovation, and market expansion, driven by the integration of standardization, industrialization, digitalization, intelligence, and green building practices.
Guided by the China Construction Industry Association and the Construction Magazine of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the event is co-organized by major players like China Construction Third Bureau and Huawei, alongside industry associations from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao.
In his speech, Liu Jinzhang, Vice President of the China Construction Industry Association, emphasized the need for the construction sector to embrace scientific and technological support and cultivate a robust industrial ecosystem. The Smart Expo, he noted, offers an open platform to foster high-quality development through collaboration.

Exploring New Horizons in Intelligent Construction
The forum following the opening ceremony featured experts from industry, academia, and research sectors. These professionals shared successful cases of digital transformation and discussed emerging trends and opportunities for further integrating intelligent construction practices.

Creating a New Industry Ecosystem
This year’s expo, which spans over 15,000 square meters, includes seven distinct exhibition areas, showcasing BIM products, digital design, smart construction equipment, and green building solutions. It features 140 exhibitors from more than 10 countries presenting cutting-edge technologies.
The expo also hosted significant activities, such as product launches and research collaboration opportunities, aimed at accelerating innovation. Notable products launched include Yijian AR Construction Assistant and Tower Crane Intelligent Centralized Control System. These innovations promise to drive efficiency and precision in the construction industry.
